The bottom line: coaches get too much credit for wins and too much grief for losses. Anyone who hangs a 'W' or an 'L' on a guy wearing a pinstripe suit is a fool in our book. That is, until we witnessed the events of the Spurs' 81-74 win in Game 7 of the 2005 NBA Finals to capture their third NBA Title in seven seasons. The game turned on one critical decision by Detroit head coach Larry Brown and was decided by a subtle move on the part of San Antonio head coach Gregg Popovich.
